Type the 12-character ID printed on the device, with or without colons (00:23:10:00:CC:77 or 00231000CC77).
Readings to Excel
One tab per device (named by its ID), one row per reading with FSI, alarm level, battery and location. Up to 31 days at a time; readings are kept for 35 days.

Users
Add user
Workers don't sign in. Their device stays with them until you change it; every shift, alarm and Excel row keeps the worker who had the device at the time. Type part of the MAC ID or the device name and pick from the list (only your company's devices).
Password: at least 12 characters, with a letter and a number. Share it with the person in person or by phone; they can change it after signing in. Technicians sign in from the SmartVolt phone app (Technician mode), not this website. Passwords are reset by Jarsh only — contact Jarsh support.
